速克灵与百菌清混合制剂的分析方法研究

Study on the Analyzing Method for the Mixed Preparation of Procymibone and Chlorothanil

论述了在同一气相色谱条件下测定速克灵、百菌清混合制剂中有效成分含量的方法。该法简单、快速、准确。速克灵(procymibone)、百菌清(chlorothanil)的变异系数分别为2.1,0.66,回收率分别为98.0%～100.6%和99.3%～100.8%,线性相关系数分别为0.9500和0.9987。

This paper discusses on the method for measuring the content of the effective components in the mixed preparation of Procymibone and Chlorothanil under the same gas chromatographic condition, and points out that the method is simple, quick and accurate, and the variation coefficient of Procymibone and Chlorothanil is 2.1 and 0.66, the recovery ration is 98.0 %～100.6 %and 99.3 %～100.8 %, the linear correlation coefficient is 0.950 0and 0.998 7 respectively.
