摘要
知识型企业中员工持续竞争的源泉和基础在于个人核心能力,介绍了知识型企业的特点及其对员工的要求、个人核心能力的内涵和培养个人核心能力的重要途径,并指出了在个人核心能力培养过程中的误区。
In intellective corporation, the base of persistent competition among employees relies on the individual kernel ability. This paper introduces the characters of intellective corporation and its requirements for its employees, the connotation of individual kernel ability and the ways of cultivating individual kernel ability, and points out the error areas existing in the process of cultivating individual kernel ability.
