摘要
旨在通过对竞争对手分析的程序、内容、层级、方法的介绍,阐明企业如何进行竞争对手分析,以了解竞争对手的竞争态势、竞争策略,并为本企业制定战略奠定基础。
Through introducing the procedures, contents, levels and methods of the analysis of competitors, this paper illustrates how the enterprise to make analysis of competitors to know competitors' competitive situation and their competitive strategies, and lay foundation for working out the strategy of the enterprise.
