从企业信息化的内涵,企业信息化与技术创新的关系入手,分析了中小企业信息化建设的制约因素,指出只有在立足于信息产业发展的基础上加快技术创新,中小企业才能真正弥补自身的资源缺陷,取得行业竞争优势。

This paper analyzes the factors restricting the informatization construction of the medium and small sized enterprise from the connotation of the informatization of the enterprise and the relation between the informatization of the enterprise and the technical innovation, and points out that the medium and small sized enterprise must promote the technical innovation based on the development of the information industry, cover the shortages of itself in resources, and obtain the competitive superiorities of its industry.
