张家庄水库除险加固设计实践

The Practice of the Dangerous Situation Reliving and Strengthening Design of Zhangjiazhuang Reservoir

针对张家庄水库存在防洪标准不达标、坝基和两岸绕坝渗漏、下游坝坡抗震不稳定,溢洪道和输水管闸门均存在较严重的安全隐患等问题,采用加高培厚大坝、增设溢洪道、坝体帷幕灌浆等一系列措施,消除了隐患,提高了大坝的安全度及水库运行调度的灵活性、可靠性。

In the light of the problems existing in Zhangjiazhuang Reservoir such as that the flood prevention doesn't reach the standard, the dam base and two banks are leaking, the downstream dam slope is unstable for earthquake-resistance, and there are severe hidden perils of the safety accidence in the floodway and raceway shutter, etc., this paper puts forward a series of measures of heightening and thickening the dam, adding the floodways, the dam curtain grouting, etc, for removing the hidden perils and increasing the security of the dam and the flexibility and reliability of reservoir's operating and dispatching.
