On Realizing the Transformation of Economic Main-body

从马克思关于经济主体的观点出发,探讨了以政府为经济主体的表现及存在的问题,指出只有实现经济主体的转变才有利于经济的发展,有利于人的发展。完善产权制度、转变政府职能是当前工作的重心。

Starting from the opinion of Marx about the economic main-body, this paper probes into the expressions and problems of the government being as the economic main-body, and points out that the government being as the economic main-body doesn't benefit the economic development and will depart from Marx's humanistic thought, and only transforming the economic main-body of the government is beneficial to the development of the economy and the people, and perfecting the property system and transforming the governmental functions is the crux of the current works.
