根据确定利用外资适度规模的理论依据,从理论上分析了我国利用外资的适度规模所包含的3个子系统———外资必要规模、外资吸收规模、外资安全规模,同时提出了确保外资适度规模的政策选择。

Based on the theoretical foundation of utilizing the foreign capital in a moderate scale, this paper makes theoretical analysis on three sub-systems included in the moderate scale of utilizing the foreign capital——the necessary scale of the foreign capital, the absorbing scale of the foreign capital, and the safe scale of the foreign capital, and puts forward the policy selection for guaranteeing the moderate scale of the foreign capital.
