摘要
新股市场化发行是国内发行方式不断完善的一个新的阶段。市场化发行可以有针对性地解决当前发行模式的缺陷。介绍了国内新股发行方式的演变过程,针对新股市场化发行提出了几点意见。
The issue of new stocks in marketing way is new stage for improving the domestic issue model. The issue of new stocks in marketing way can solve some defects of current issue models correspondingly. This paper introduces the development of the model of the stock issue, and gives some advices to the issue of new stocks in marketing way.
