乌司他丁对胸腔镜全麻病人血浆胆碱酯酶活性的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察乌司他丁对胸腔镜全麻病人血浆胆碱酯酶活性的影响,从而找到乌司他丁影响维库溴铵神经肌肉阻滞效应的原因。方法选择择期胸腔镜手术病人30例,分成两组,Ⅰ组乌司他丁组麻醉诱导静脉注射力月西1 mg/kg,丙泊酚1 mg/kg,芬太尼5 μg/kg,然后给予乌司他丁5000 μ/kg,2 min后,给予维库溴铵0.1 mg/kg,Ⅱ组对照组麻醉诱导后,给予同等剂量生理盐水,2 min后,给予维库溴铵0.1 mg/kg。结果Ⅰ组与Ⅱ组比较维库溴铵起效时间明显延长,恢复时间明显缩短(P<0.05),但两组血浆胆碱酯酶活性无明显差别(P>0.05)。结论乌司他丁对胸腔镜全麻病人血浆胆碱酯酶活性无影响。 s: To observe the effects of ulinastatin on the activity of plasma cholinesterase in patients with thoracoscopic general anesthesia ,and find the reasons for ulinastatin-induced effect on neuromuscular block caused by vecuronium. Thirty adult patients, who would receive elective thoracoscopic surgery, were randomly divided equally into group Ⅰ(ulinastatin group),Ⅱ(control group). In group Ⅰ, the anesthesia was induced with intravenous injection of domicum 1 mg/kg, propolfol 1 mg/kg, fentanyl 5 ug/kg, and then intravenous injection of ulinastatin 5 000 u/kg, two minutes later, intravenous injection of vecuronium 0.1 mg/kg. In group Ⅱ, the same dose normal salts were injected, and two minutes later, vecuronium was injected 0.1 mg/kg. Statistically, there was significant difference between group Ⅰand Ⅱ in the time of the onset of neuromuscular block and recovery(P<0.05). Ulinastatin delayed the onset of neuromuscular block and hastened its recovery caused by vecuronium. But there was no significant difference between group Ⅰand Ⅱ in the activity of plasma cholinesterase (P>0.05). [Conclusions] There was none effects of ulinastatin on the activity of plasma cholinesterase in patients with thoracoscopic general anesthesia.
