摘要
目的分析45例65岁以上老年人纤支镜检查的意义。方法采用日本产Olympus IT-10型纤维支气管镜进行常规检查。结果支气管慢性炎症病变22例(48.9%),肺癌9例(20.0%),肺结核5例(11.1%),支气管扩张1例,未能明确诊断5例(15.5%)。全部病例均在纤维支气管镜检查室完成,未出现严重的并发症。结论老年人进行纤维支气管镜检查是安全的,对肺部肿瘤及结核的诊断是有益的。
Objective: To evaluate 45 casesthe efficacy and safate of branchofiberoscope in older over 65 years. Methods: From January 2002 to February 2004, atotal of 45 oldman patients over 65 had a branchofiberoscope in our hospital with Olympus-10 branchofiberoscope (made in Japan). Results: 9 cases lung cancer and 15 cases tuberculosis and 22 cases chronic bronchitis, 1 cases bronchiectasis was diagnosis by branchofiberoscope. Conclusion: Branchofiberoscope is a safa, feasible in oldman for the diagnosis of lung cancer and tuberculosis.
