摘要
目的探讨电视腹腔镜行输卵管妊娠手术的临床应用价值。方法对32例各期输卵管妊娠的患者进行确诊及各种保守性手术。结果32例输卵管妊娠在腹腔镜下确诊,并顺利完成手术,术后恢复及住院时间、术后粘连都远小于传统的开腹手术。结论腹腔镜治疗输卵管妊娠效果好,痛苦少,恢复快,腹腔镜手术是异位妊娠者首选的手术方式。
To discuss the clinical value of oviduct pregnancy treated by laparoscopic operation. 32 cases of oviduct pregnancy in different period were diagnosed and accepted different conservative operation under laparoscope. All cases were diagnosed under laparoscope and successfully experienced the operation. The days in hospital for recovery and the conglutination after operation were far less than traditional open operation. [Conclusion] Laparoscopic operation which treat oviduct pregnancy has good effect, it brings little pain and immediate recovery to patients and is the preferred operation for them.
