摘要
用紫外分光光度法测定诺氟沙星缓释片的含量,于257 nm波长处测定其吸收值,结果显示诺氟沙星在1~8 μg/mL 浓度范围内与吸收值线性关系良好,r=0.999?@9.平均回收率为100.29,RSD为0.69.用薄层层析法对有关降解产物进行检查,主斑点无拖尾,主斑点与杂质斑点分离度大,重线性好,所有斑点的Rf 值均在0.2~0.8 .
To determine the content of Norfloxacin in its tablet by UV spectrophotometry, the assay was carried out at the wavelength of maximum absorption in hydrochloric acid solution(0.1 mol/L).The quantification method had linear range of 1~8 μg/mL with a collelation coefficient of 0.9999. The average recovery was 100.29 and RSD was 0.69. The relevant degradable substances of Norfloxacin tablet were determined by TLC. The result indicated that the resolution between major spot and other spots was high. All the R f values were among 0.2~0.8. Influential factor experiments showed that the content had obvious decline under illumination, high temperature or high humidity, so it should be preserved away from heat and light.
