技术创新是企业生存和发展的保证,企业技术创新水平的高低已成为决定企业生存和发展的关键要素.如何科学评价企业技术创新水平,对于企业采取合理而有效的技术创新战略具有特别重要的意义.运用 AHP法和模糊数学方法,在构建企业技术创新水平评价体系基础上,提出了企业技术创新水平综合评价模型,并进行了实例运算.

Technical innovation is the guarantee of the enterprise′s survival and development. The level of the enterprise′s technical innovation has been the key element that decides the enterprise′s survival and development. How to evaluate the level of the enterprise′s technical innovation is especially important for the enterprise to take effective techical innovation strategy. Based on the construction of the general evaluating system, this paper brought forward an evaluating model with AHP and fuzzy theory. An example was provided.
