系统膀胱功能训练预防子宫广泛切除术后尿潴留的研究

Clinical Prevention of Urinary Retention Following Radical Hysterectomy by Bladder Training

目的评估系统膀胱功能训练对预防子宫广泛切除术后尿潴留的效果。方法60例子宫广泛切除术患者随机分成试验组和对照组各30例,试验组采用系统膀胱功能训练(bladdertraining,BT),对照组采用常规护理。比较2组预防术后尿潴留的效果。结果试验组术后排尿困难、残余尿、尿潴留及泌尿系统感染发生均低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论系统膀胱功能训练能有效预防子宫广泛切除术后排尿困难、尿潴留、泌尿系统感染发生。

Objective To evaluate clinical value of preventing urinary retention following radical hysterectomy by bladder training (BT). Methods Sixty patients following radical hysterectomy were equally randomized into two groups; patients in the experimental group were treated with BT and those in the control group were treated by routine care. The clinical outcomes of preventing urinary retention in the two groups were assessed. Results The incidences of voiding dysfunction,residual urine,urinary retention and urinary tract infection were lower in the experimental group than those in the control group( P <0. 01). Conclusion Cooperated BT can prevent voiding dysfunction and urinary retention and diminish postoperative urinary tract infection successfully.
