摘要
目的使部队官兵的身心素质适应未来战争的需要,减少或避免非战斗性减员。方法采用自拟的“渡海登陆演习问卷”调查1420名模拟渡海登陆的作战官兵。结果演习前97.2%官兵需要健康咨询,79.7%官兵需求心理训练。战时89.6%官兵有恐惧、紧张心理,85.3%官兵睡眠质量下降,76.5%官兵希望获得来自社会、家庭的信息支持。战后有54%的官兵出现不同程度的心理问题,影响到正常的工作与生活。结论确立适当而有效的渡海登陆作战官兵全程健康教育方案,有助于增强参战官兵的必胜信心,保持良好心态,保障战斗力。
Objective To enable psychosomatic quality of officers and men to adapt to the demands of a future war so as to reduce and avoid non-combat casualties. Methods 1 420 officers and men entering simulated sea-crossing landing operations were investigated using a self-designed questionnaire. Results 97.2% of the officers and men wanted health instruction before the exercise;79. 7% of them needed psychological training; 89.6% of them were nervous and phobic during the exercise;85. 3% of them had poor sleep; 76. 5% of them hoped to get information support from society and families;and 54% of them had psychological problems more or less after the exercise, influencing their normal life and work. Conclusion Appropriate and effective longitudinal health education programs in officers and men who are entering simulated sea-crossing landing operations may help them build up confidence in winning the war and keep a balanced mental state so as to ensure the combat effectiveness.
