首先通过对装甲机械化部队综合信息系统的功能需求进行分析,并结合建立效能评估指标体系所遵循的原则,建立了效能评估指标体系.然后介绍了确定评估指标体系各指标权重的AHP法,并建立了对装甲机械化部队综合信息系统进行效能评估的模糊综合评判模型.最后通过实例说明了模型的可行性.

First, according to functional requirement analysis of IIS of armored mechanized troops and the principle to establish index system, we establish an index system of effectiveness evaluation of IIS of armored mechanized troops. Then it introduces the methods of AHP that calculates the index power heavy of index system of effectiveness evaluation, and sets up a mathematical model for effectiveness evaluation of IIS of armored mechanized troops based on the Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation. In the end, the calculation results show feasibility of the model.
