紫红獐牙菜利胆作用的实验研究

The Experimental Study of the Cholagogic Action of Swertia Punicea

目的:观察紫红獐牙菜对正常大鼠利胆作用的影响。方法:测定该药对正常大鼠的胆汁分泌、血清及胆汁中胆红素含量的影响。结果:紫红獐牙菜能明显增加正常大鼠胆汁流量(P<0.01,P<0.001)及增加胆汁中胆红素含量(P<0.05,0.01),降低血清胆红素含量(P<0.05,0.01)。结论:紫红獐牙菜有明显的利胆和促进胆红素排泄的作用。

Objective:To observer the cholagogic action of Swertia Punicea through animal experiments. Methods: Swertia Punicea was administrated to the rat.To measure levels of serum and bile bilirubin, and the bile folw rate. Results: Swertia Punicea obviously promoted the secretion of bile and increased the concentration of bilirubin in the bile, but it was not obvious for the concentration of bilirubin in the serum. Conclusion: Swertia Punicea has significant the cholagogic action.
