摘要
近两年国际石油价格不断攀升,已对国国民经济持续发展造成影响中国应尽快完善能源领域的法律法规体系,切实转变政府职能,加快能源领域的市场化改革,建立现代企业制度。
World oil price continuous rise in recent years has caused detrimental impact on sustainable development of Chinese national economy. China needs to consummate legislative system in energy sector, reform governmental functions, expedite general adoption of market principle in energy sector, establish modern enterprise system and make enterprise the real principle part participating in market competition.
