摘要
利用锥形量热仪评价了阻燃处理人工林木材的燃烧性能,比较了硼化物及磷酸二氢铵阻燃物质对点燃、释 热、发烟的作用效果。结果表明,硼化物对抑制木材点燃、释热,减少失重等作用效果不及磷酸二氢铵,但其抑烟效果 优于磷酸二氢铵,这与两者作用机理不同有关。
In this study, the burning behaviors of three species of plantation wood (Cunninghamia lanceolata, Pinus massoniana and Populus euramericana cv.‘I-214’), respectively treated with two retardants, boride (H_3BO_3∶Na_2B_4O_7=1∶1 ) and ammonium primary phosphate, were all tested by cone calorimeter. The fire retarding effect of these retardants was evaluated by comparing the burning indexes of these three treated wood species, such as ignition time, mass loss rate, heat release rate, total heat released and total smoke production. It was found that the boride fire-retardant had poorer results in inhibiting ignition, heat release and mass loss in wood than the ammonium primary phosphate, but it was more effective than the latter in hindering smoking. These differences were analyzed and related with the retarding mechanisms of the two retardants.
