摘要
为提供进行FMS系统在线及离线分析所需的各种信息,本文给出了“最小状态信息”集合的定义。在此基础上,采用面向对象的设计方法和C ̄++语言研制开发了具有实时在线仿真能力的FMS仿真语言SLFMS,为在线开展FMS调度优化问题的研究提供了良好的仿真支持环境。最后,本文提出并建立了FMS实时在线调度优化系统,为解决FMS的实时在线调度优化问题提供了一条有效途径。
The concept of minimum set of state information that can provide various kinds of information needed in the on-line and off-line analysis of FMS is put forward.Base on this concept,a FMS simulation language-SLFMS being capable of on-line simulation has been developed using object-oriented design method and C ̄++ language.SLFMS is able to provide good simulation support environment for the on-line research on optimum scheduling problem of FMS.Then this paper proposes an effective way for solving the real-time on-line optimum scheduling problem of FMS.
