摘要
目的:对比4种方法的提取得率和各提取物中β-榄香烯含量,研究超临界二氧化碳(SFE-CO2)萃取没药的可行性。方法:GC法测定β-榄香烯含量。结果:各提取方法的得率及其中β-榄香烯含量差异很大:SFE-CO2萃取得率为12.09%,挥发油中β-榄香烯含量为7.84%;蒸气蒸馏得率为1.58%,β-榄香烯含量为8.15%;超声提取得率为5.75%,水β-榄香烯含量为1.48%;索氏提取得率为3.56%,β-榄香烯含量为1.48%。结论:SFE-CO2萃取得率和β-榄香烯含量较高,该法优于其它3种提取方法,适用于没药的提取。
Objective:To compare the four extractions and determine content of β-elemene.Methods:β-Elemene was determined by GC.Results:The yields and β-Elemene of four extractions were different. The yield of SFE-CO 2 was 12.09%, β-Elemene was 7.84%; steam distillation (SD) was 1.58%, β-Elemene was 8.15%; Ultrasonic extraction (SC) was 5.75%, β-Elemene was 1.48%; Soxhlet extraction (SX) was 3.56%, β-Elemene of was 1.48%.Conclusion:The yield and β-Elemene of SFE-CO 2 are better than SD|SC and SX, the method is found to be superior to SD|SC and SX.
