中华鳖消化道的组织学研究

On the Histology of the Digestive Tract Of the Chinese Soft Shelled Turtle(Amyda Sinensis)

取中化鳖舌、食道、胃、肠各段，Ｂｏｕｉｎ＇ｓ液固定，石蜡包埋，ＨＥ染色。部分组织块经１０％福尔马林固定，Ｖｅｒｈｏｅｆｆ弹性纤维染色和伊红复染。观察消化道各段的组织结构及其特点，测量肌层厚度、绒毛高度与宽度等。本文结果表明，中华鳖消化道各段均有淋巴组织的存在；胃肠道壁内均有腺体，但食道内没有；管壁肌层由内环外纵两层平滑肌构成，且下段的外纵肌相对增厚。

Tongue,oesophagus,stomach and intestine of the Chinese soft shelled turtlewere fixed in Bouin's fluid and embedded in paraffin and stained with HE. Some were fixed in10%formalin and stained with Verhoeff and Eosin agin.The histological structure and characteristic of the digedtive tract were observed,and the thickness of muscular layer,height andwidth of villi etc.were measured.The results showed that there are lymphoid tissue in allsegments of digestive tract.There are glands in stomach and intestine. There aren't glands inoesophagus.
