摘要
本文运用现代教育评价的有关理论,对信阳师范学院首届“双向培训”中学教师《专业合格证书》文化专业知识考试质量进行定量与定性评价,以促进“双向培训”考试的科学化、标准化,并为中学教师培训工作提供可靠的资料与咨询意见。
