Zheng Guangying's Ideology of International Laws

郑观应在《盛世危言》等代表著作中,较系统地阐述了国际法的本质、国际法基本原则、国际法律责任、国籍法、外交及领事关系法、条约法、战争法及国际法在中国得以实施的前提等内容,是近代中国构建现代国际法思想体系的第一人。对于当今中国凭借国际法全面发展同世界各国的关系及解决国际关系中的相关问题多有可资借鉴之处。

In his works like 'Warning in the Blooming Age',Zheng Guangying discussed more systematically the nature and basic principles of international laws,responsibilities of international laws,laws of nationality,law of diplomacy and consular relations,law of treaty,law of war and the essential prerequisites for international Laws to be adopted in China. Zheng Guangying was the first to construct China's modern international ideological systems which can be used as guide by China to improve the relationship with other nations and solve the related international problems.
