摘要
对我国中小企业面临的现实和我国中小企业素质存在的问题进行了分析,并从制度、管理、技术三创新,提高人员素质,提高技术装备和经营管理水平,提高企业文化素质等方面提出了提高其素质的对策.
The current situation and problems are analyzed of the quality of small and medium enterprises. Some strategies and measures are put forward, such as innovation of system, management and technology; improvement of equipment and management standards and the perfection of staff and enterprise culture quality.
