高校图书馆思想政治工作和现代管理工作既有不同点,又有共同点,两者的关系可谓是"我中有你,你中有我"。应该认识并把握它们之间的共同点和互补关系,达到事半功倍的管理效能。

New ideological and political work are based on modern management. They are related to each other. In order to improve the efficiency of faculty and staff, we need to realize and hold the common point between them. Proceeding from the library's working reality, the article exposes the similarities, differences and interactions between them.
