摘要
针对不锈钢毛细管板类结构件真空电子束钎焊的特点,利用ANSYS软件建立了一个三维有限元分析模型对电子束钎焊温度场进行模拟。通过将热电偶测得的工件表面温度与有限元分析结果比较,证明所建模型的合理性。利用该模型对不锈钢圆板电子束钎焊温度场进行了预测,证明通过电子束扫描加热方式可以得到钎焊所需的局部均匀温度场。
For the featuress of stainles steel capillary structure in vacuum electron bean brazing ( VEBB) , 3D finite element method (FEM) model is constructed with ANSYS software to simulate the temperature field. Comparison between measured workpiece temperature and FEM analysis proves reasonableness of the model. By prediction of the temperature field in VEEB with this model , a part uniform temperature field can be obtained.
