本文总结了是西医辨病与辩证相结合，采用活血化瘀方药，治疗慢性头痛１６７例，收到较好的效果，近期有效率９６．４％，远期有效率９６．１５％，对血瘀型者尤佳，副作用少。

This article summarizes the combination of illness analysis and diagnosisbased on traditional Chinese and Western medicines,which invigorates the circulation ofblood stasis. It has treated l67 cases of chronic headache and achiered good results. The nearfuture effective rate is 96.4 per cent and the further is 96.15 per cent,especially better forthose who have blood stasis,silt up and less side effects.
