社会转型时期更应关注和认识社会正义问题,确立符合国情、适应时代的正义理念,是当代中国社会发展的现实需要。基于正义理念在不同时代、不同语境中的演变,提出"全面小康"就是当代中国的正义理念,实现全面小康就是当代中国最大的社会正义追求。

Correct understanding of social justice is very important in the transforming period of China, for it is the demand of the social development of modern China to establish a conception of social justice that meets the conditions of China. With an examination of the changing conception of social justice in different time and conditions, this article argues that 'Overall moderate prosperity' is a realization of social justice of modern China and the ultimate pursuit for social justice in modern times.
