介绍了“零缺陷”管理创建品质文化的主要内容及其表现。用“系统思想”的观点,介绍了“零缺陷”管理的基本运行模型、对其他管理方法的综合应用,在实施“零缺陷”管理过程中对质量管理人员知识体系的要求和应对措施。
An introduction is made of the main contents and forms of building quality culture by means of zero-defect management. Drawing on the insights of 'system thought', an introduction is made of the basic operating model of zero-defect management, the integrated application of other methods of management, and the requirements and countermeasures for quality management personnel in terms of knowledge structure.
