提高应对欧美反倾销胜诉率的策略研究

随着世界经济一体化进程的加快,国际贸易摩擦也在不断增多。我国不少产品出口市场单一,产品结构单一,低价无序竞争,主要的出口市场都集中在欧盟、美国等少数几个国家和地区,以致极易引起反倾销诉讼。因此,建立一套完善的应诉方案已成为摆在政府和企业面前的一个严峻课题。应诉欧美反倾销,一是要建立多方协调的应对反倾销策略体系;二是要充分发挥国内外律师的作用,运用好国际经贸和欧美国家的法律法规;三是争取市场经济地位,争取个案待遇。

Along with speeding up integration process of the world ecomorry,internationas trade dashing happens more and more.Our many products exported have a single foreign market.The structure product experted is single and competes disorderly in low prices.The main export markets are the U·S·A,the European and other fewer countries,which easily leads to anti-dumping cases.It has been a serious problem before various govermnents and enterprises to establish a perfect mechanism to deal with anti-dumping cases.The strategics are:first,establish a mechanism to deal with anti-dumping and strengthen the confidence of winning anti-dumping cases;second,choose foreign and domestic lawyers and make use of favorable law;third,struggle for the market economy position and individual case treatment.
