浅论我国失业保险的就业导向

On "Employment-oriented" Unemployment-insurance in China

目前我国就业和失业形势严峻,劳动力市场呈现出总量性失业和结构性失业并存的复杂局面,并且结构性失业日益凸显。面对这样的失业形势和特征,我国失业保险应逐步定位于以促进再就业为重心的就业型失业保险,并保障就业困难群体的基本生活。失业保险的就业导向有利于失业问题的缓解,有利于我国失业保险的可持续发展。

At present, the situation about employment and unemployment are severe in china. It demonstrated total-unemployment and structural-unemployment which is prominent day by day. In the face of such unemployment situation and characteristic, the unemployment-insurance should be orientated as employment-type focused on promoting reemploying progressively, at the same time, it must ensure the unemployed basic life. So, the unemployment-insurance can help the alleviating of unemployment, and it is favorable to the sustainable development of the unemployment-insurance of our country.
