Analysis and Thinking of the Inside Reasons of Argentinean Social and Economic Disorder

阿根廷社会经济危机已成为全球关注的热点,本文通过深入分析认为,经济全球化一方面促进了资本、技术的国际流动,推动世界经济发展;另一方面导致发展中国家贸易条件恶化、债务负担沉重、经济依附加深,阿根廷社会经济危机正是后者的集中反映。国际社会必须确立经济全球化新规则,各国也必须加快经济调整,尤其是发展中国家应注重人力资本投资,借助于经济全球化,缩小与发达国家在知识、技术拥有量上的差别,推动经济持续发展。

The economic crisis of Argentina has been a focus globally,this paper concludes after relevant analyses that,on the one hand,the economic globalization stipulates the flow of capital and technology,and world economy;on the other hand,it weakens the trade terms of the developing countries and increases their debt burdens,and makes them more depend on developed ones.The sample of Argentina case is a collective reflection.It points our the international society is necessary to set new globalizing rules and every developing one needs to adjust its economic structure quickly to less the different with the developed ones,especially for the developing countries in the areas of the amount of technology and knowledge possessing.
