1-(2-溴乙氧基)-4-硝基苯异构体的气相色谱分离分析

Separation of position isomers of 1-(2-bromo-ethoxy)-4-nitro-benzene by capillary gas chromatography

采用气相色谱法对1- (2 -溴乙氧基) - 4 -硝基苯异构体混合物进行分离和测定,比较了4种不同固定液毛细管柱的分离效果,发现该类异构体在非极性色谱柱上分离度较好,达到基线分离;采用峰面积归一化法定量,相对标准偏差在0 .4 6 %～1.13%。

The GC method for separation and determination of position isomers of 1-(2-bromo-ethoxy)-4-nitro-benzene is introduced. Separation effect of the four different stationary phase capillary column is compared. Best resolution is obtained on nonpolarity column. The compounds were quantified by normalization method. The relative standard deviation was between 0.46%～1.13%.
