摘要 建立了某型柴油机喷嘴内部流动的三维CFD计算模型,用计算流体力学软件ANSYS-FLOTRAN对该喷嘴内部的三维流动进行了模拟分析,得到了喷嘴端部的速度矢量场、压力分布等大量信息。分析结果为研究燃油雾化、喷嘴的失效分析及其结构参数的优化设计提供了重要参考。 Three-dimension calculation model of the flows in the nozzle of a certain diesel engine was set up. Simulationanalysis of fluid flow in the nozzle was performed by computational fluid dynamics software package ANSYS-FLOTRAN.A lot of information, including velocity field, pressure distributions of the nozzle was obtained, which is very useful for theresearch on fuel oil atomization, failure analysis of nozzle and optimum design of its structure parameters.
