描述了活塞的温度分布情况,分析了活塞直径、厚度、裙部结构、顶部构型、与缸套的配合间隙和第一环槽结构对活塞受热状况的影响及相应的改进措施,并从活塞材料的具体成分、制造工艺和隔离技术等角度加以解释,最后比较了不同的冷却方式对活塞的冷却效果。
Description is given to the thermal condition of piston of internal combustion engine. The influence of pistondiameter, thickness, the structure of piston shirt, piston head profile, clearance between piston and liner and the design of thetop ring groove on the thermal condition of piston are analyzed thoroughly and are explained via material components,processing technology and insulation technology. Finally, the cooling effects of different cooling methods are comparedhere.
