摘要 左、右大灯支架的成形属于盒形件成形,其拉深成形是圆筒形件的拉深和板料弯曲的复合,成形过程较复杂。由于板料较厚,摩擦较大,冷作硬化,反拉深模具制件出现“拉毛”和破裂问题。通过分析问题原因,改进了模具结构,用压型代替反拉深,试验合适的坯料样板,解决了制件存在的问题,得到了口部平齐,质量较好的工件。 The forming of left and right headlight brackets is the forming of box-shaped parts. Itsdrawing is a complex process combined with the drawing of cylinder parts and the bending ofsheets.The parts formed by reverse drawing dies have the problems of galling and cracking owingto thicker sheet,big friction and cold-work hardening.Through the analysis of the cause andimprovement of die structure and replacing reverse drawing by profiling and trying proper blanksamples,the existing problems are solved and parts with flush mouth and better quality are obtained.
