摘要
叙述了闭式挤锻成形的工艺特点,对变速齿轮锻件介绍了其工艺分析、制订锻件图及计算挤锻力。阐述了闭式挤锻模具结构及其基本要求,进行了技术经济分析。结果表明,闭式挤锻工艺的新方法是十分有效的。
The technological characteristic of the closed extrusion-forging forming is narrated.The technological analysis of the change speed gear is introduced.The forging drawing and extru-sion-forging forces are given.It has elaborated the die structure of the closed extrusion -forgingand its basic requirements.The technical economical analysis is conducted.The results show thatthe method of the closed extrusion-forging technology is very efficient.
