摘要
经过对零件工艺性能的分析,确定了零件托架的成形工艺方案,在弯曲成形模具设计中采用了独特的1/4圆柱机构。在下压弯曲过程中利用滚动摩擦代替滑动摩擦,减小弯曲过程中摩擦的有害作用,在脱模过程中又利用了摩擦力进行无滑动摩擦脱模,保证了零件表面精度要求,关键是减小了模具磨损,提高了模具寿命。
By the analysis of technological features of the part,the forming solution of thebracket is determined.A special quarter-cylinder mechanism is applied to the bending die.Rolling friction is used to replace sliding friction in pressing process.Friction is used to demoldwithout sliding friction.The precision of the surfaces of the parts is guaranteed.The wearingof the die is reduced.The die life is prolonged.
