摘要
制度经济学家认为,制度是经济增长的根源。在新增长理论中,暗含着一个制度基础和结构同质性的前提,从增长模型和趋同理论对我们的启示,提出了实现同发达国家的经济趋同,必须建立真正按社会主义市场经济体制下的制度框架,切实调整政府行为,减少政府干预,使之成为政府服务。
Institutional economists consider institution as a source of growth.Based on the growth theory,which Presupposes the same institutional basis and structure,this paper discusses the significance of growth pattern and the convergence throry and puts forward proposals for China to be economically converged with developed countries.Suggestions include the estabishment of institutional framework in line with the socialist market economic system.the readjustment of governmental action,and the reduction of governmental interference.
