In order to explore the countermeasures for the management of the nursing team with diversified structures in the army hospital,this article introduced the diversified structure of the nursing team in the army in the period of military reform,analyzed the current problems,and proposed the corresponding management countermeasures,which could provide reference for the rational utilization and management of the nursing staff with different identity in the army hospital.
