对护生血源性传播疾病的认知调查与教学对策

Investigation on nursing students' knowledge about blood-transmitted diseases and its countermeasures

目的了解护生对血源性传播疾病的认知现状,并提出相应教学对策。方法采用开放式问卷形式对即将临床实习的护生进行调查。结果大、中专护生对血源性传播疾病正确处理率平均为15.0%,对血源性传播疾病职业防护的认识严重不足,面对职业危险因素时缺乏有效、完善的防范措施。结论在护理专业增设系统性职业防范课程,并将职业防范知识渗透于《护理技术》教学中,提高护生职业防范意识和应对措施。

Objective To investigate nursing students' knowledge about the occupational precautions of blood-transmitted diseases,and to propose some corresponding countermeasures.Method Nursing students were investigated by using the open questionnaires before clinical practice.Results The average rate of correct answers for the questionnaire was only 15.0%,which indicated that nursing students' knowledge about occupational precautions of (blood-transmitted) diseases were weak,and they were lack of effective precaution measures to cope with the occupational risk factors.Conclusion In order to strengthen the nursing students' consciousness and coping measures of occupational precautions,it is necessary to add the systemic courses of occupational precaution in nursing speciality and incorporate the knowledge with the teaching of nursing techniques.
