开展全院性健康教育效果评比的实践及体会

The practice and experience of appraisal for the effectiveness of health education through comparison in the whole hospital

目的对全院健康教育效果进行评比,促进健康教育的落实。方法自行设计问卷进行全院性健康教育调查,计算各科室单项评价指标的知晓率及综合评价指数(RSR值)。结果知晓率和RSR值排位结果使各科室健康教育在全院所处的水平一目了然,其中4个整体护理病房RSR值高于一般病房。结论通过健康教育效果评比,使全院健康教育水平有一个整体比较,提高了护理人员的工作积极性。

Objective To appraise the effectiveness of health education through comparison in the whole hospital,in order to promote the practice of health education.Methods The self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the results of health education,and the rate of understanding on each item and the general index (RSR value) was calculated in each department.Result The rate of understanding and the ranks of RSR value showed the health education level of each department in the whole hospital,and the results indicated that the RSR value in the four holistic nursing wards were higher than that of the general wards.Conclusion The appraisal enabled the whole hospital to have a comparison in the effectiveness of health education and improved the nurses' positivity.
