摘要
解读有关管理理论的概念,与护理管理人员共同探索并交流护理管理方法,根据管理学最新进展,描述了10个以“C”字母开头的管理理论,它们是变革、冲突、沟通、协调、持续性质量改进、控制、成本、检查、委员会及创新性思考,并赋予新的含义及思考。
In order to understand the concepts of relevant management theory,explore and share the method of nursing management with nursing administrators,according to the latest devlopment in managemnt science,this paper introduced 10 mangement theories which the first letter were 'C' and endowed them with some new connotation and considerations.They are change,conflict,communication,coordination,continuous quality improvement,control,cost,check,committee and creative thinking.
