摘要
手动进给的平刨,操作人员在推送工件通过高速旋转的刀轴时,很容易刮碰手指,特别对短料、薄料或带有节疤的毛料危险性更大。本文介绍的安全装置,应用了能耗制动及电磁弹料板等工作原理,避免了这种危险。该装置工作稳定性较高,安全区大,灵敏度高,工作垂直距离在100mm范围内,不影响正常工作。
The safety device of this woodworker planer, applying principle of breaking with expenditure of energy and electromagnetic spring board, has avoided such kind of danger and made the operators feel safer for the fingers of their two hands. This device works with high stability, big safe area and high sensitivity. The working scope is withinlO mm in an upright distance, not affecting the normal work of the workers.
