摘要
改进了以浆液料作为旋转成型的物料,用于制备短玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯复合材料的新工艺。研究了以CMC为稳定剂的浆液中各组分对浆液稳定性的影响。实验结果表明,浆液中表面处理剂的用量、液固比和稳定的浓度均对浆液的稳定性有显著的影响。CMC作为稳定剂对浆液具有很好的稳定作用,在相当低的用量下,就可以获得很好的稳定效果。
An aqueous slurry was developed as a sort of raw materials in rotational moulding for the preparation of short glass fiber reinforced polypropylene composites. The effects of various components of the slurry in which sodium carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) was used as a stabilizing agent on the stability of the slurry were investigated. The experimental results show that the influences of the amount of the surface active agent and the concentrations of polypropylene and the stabilizing agent on the stability of the aqueous slurry are significant. It has been found that the addition of a very small amount of CMC can improve the stability of the aqueous slurry.
