摘要
以5 硝基 异酞酸为原料,采用硫化钠复配还原剂,合成了5 氨基 异酞酸。试验研究了影响反应和得率的多种因素,如原料配比、复配还原剂的选择、反应温度、反应时间以及产品的精制方法等,并进行了正交试验,确定了最佳配方和工艺条件。
5-Amino-isophthalic acid was synthesized from 5-nitro-isophthalic acid using Na_2S composite reducing agent. The factor affecting the reaction yield, such as raw material, choice of composite reducing agent, reaction temperature, reaction time and refining method of 5-amin-isophthalic acid and etc., were studied. The optimum reactant compostion and reaction conditions were obtained by orthogonal design method.
