糖皮质激素对大鼠胸腺的影响-形态学研究和锌铜微量元素测定 被引量:2

摘要 应用光镜和电镜对氢化考的松诱发雄性大鼠的胸腺实质细胞的退化进行了观察。光镜观察示胸腺皮质萎缩,皮质淋巴细胞密度极度下降。电镜下见明上皮性网状细胞退行性变,细胞结构变性,大多数细胞器减少,某些细胞充满低电子密度的囊泡。胸腺细胞也呈现严重的退化现象。巨噬细胞吞噬功能极为活跃。与此同时,应用原子吸收分光光度仪测定了大鼠胸腺的锌铜元素含量。结果表明:实验组大鼠胸腺中锌铜含量显著高于对照组(P<0.001)。而锌铜比值两组间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。 Histological method and electron microscopy were employed to study the invo lution of the thymus parenchymal cells in male rats after administration of hydrocortisone. The prominent alterations visible under light microscope were atrophy of the thymus cortex and extreme decrease in density 0f cortical lymphocytes,Ultrastructurally, the pale epithelial reticular cells showed degenerative changes, with their structures denatured, the number of organelles decreased in most of them, and with some cells filled with low density vacuoles. These degenerative alterations were also found in thymocytes.The phagocytic activity of the macrophages was enhanced.The contents of zinc and copper in thymus were Miher in the experimental group than in the control(P<0.001), but the difference in Zn/Cu ratio between the 2 groups was not significant(P>0.05).
