人胎胸腺细胞异质性荧光染色观察

摘要 取40例胎儿胸腺,制取细胞悬液,行硫代黄素荧光染色,部分标本结合E花环实验。荧光镜检见8种呈现不同映像的胸腺细胞,其中以深蓝核细胞数量最多,这些细胞形成的E花环,不仅数量多,而且主要为完整性E花环。 The thymocyte suspensions from 40 fetus of ages 14~28 weeks and 1 newborn baby were stained with thioflavine and testedin some cases, for E-rosette formation.Eight types of thymocytes showing different fluorescent colors were des cribed.The majority showed dark blue nuclei and many of them formed 360°E rosettes.These cells and the cells With the nuclei stained dark black were the younger thymocytes, while the others, excluding the orange red cells,which formed 360°E-rosettes, were more mature ones.
