摘要
本文介绍一种余热回收节能炉的自动控制。首先介绍了炉体结构和利用可编程序控制器作控制的工作过程,并给出了自动控制的设计与程序.然后介绍了单片微处理器作加热定量控制。这种节能炉在生产线上自动运行,节约电能达25%以上,产品质量得到了可靠保证。
This paper introduces automatic control of a kind of energy-sparing stove by remaining heat recycle.Firstly,this paper iotroduces the architectural structure of stove and the work processing of using Programmable Logic Controller,and provides the design and program of automatic control.Then,it introduces the quantificational control with a Single Micro-processor.This kind stove can auto-run on the product line,saving energy up to more than 25percent,and the quality of products have a credibility guarantee.
